Freehand Goods (Website) has opened a 135 SF retail location inside the Marketplace at Avalon Park (Website), bringing the Orlando-based handmade goods brand to the city’s east side for the first time.
Despite the size, the micro store features more than 300 products in its compact footprint. Customers can also order online at freehandgoods.com and select “Local Pickup from Avalon” to pick up purchases from the east Orlando location. Like the brand’s East End Market location, shoppers can grab a Bowigens (Website) beer while browsing.
The location is approximately 30 minutes from Freehand Goods’ other store. If the Avalon Park concept does well, the company plans to expand further outside Central Florida with additional micro retail locations.
The Marketplace at Avalon Park is located in the Avalon Park development in east Orlando, and houses multiple food and retail merchants, including Avalon General, Bowigens Beer Company, Cheese To Share, Ferrattis, Oh So Sweet, Pepe’s Cantina, Resto Argentinian Kitchen, Satori, Southern Fowl, Street Noms Street Food, and Yumfinity.
