Austin’s Coffee (Instagram | Website) has set a soft opening date for its new location, with doors scheduled to open on January 26 at 7 a.m., according to a post on social media.
The new Austin’s location is at 2240 W. Fairbanks Avenue [GMap], still within the same Winter Park corridor but in a different building just up the street from the original venue. The January 26 opening is a soft launch, ahead of a full return to regular operating hours.
The opening follows months of transition for the business, which relocated after the City of Winter Park purchased the original Austin’s Coffee property as part of a broader infrastructure and flood mitigation project. As previously reported, the move coincided with an ownership restructuring aimed at keeping the business operating rather than closing outright.
No grand opening date has been announced yet.
