A new office project called Great Southern Square is being pre-leased at The Packing District in College Park.
According to the project flyer, the 29,000 SF office building, which is located near the southeast corner of Princeton Street and North Orange Blossom Trail, will feature customizable, build-to-suit office spaces, with flexible floor plans depending on the company’s needs that is moving in.
The anticipated construction completion is by the end of the second quarter of 2026.
