Broken Strings Taproom (Instagram | Website), a brewery and music venue near the city’s stadiums, will close permanently, with its final pour set for the end of November.
The owners announced the decision in a message posted Tuesday. “Despite our best efforts, we couldn’t build a sustainable path forward, and we’ve made the difficult decision to close our doors,” the message said. It listed December 1, 2026, as the closing date. It also ended with “November 30, 2026 — the final pour.”
The taproom is located at 1012 W. Church Street [GMap] in the Parramore district, between Camping World Stadium and Inter&Co Stadium. The brewery was a regular pre-game stop for Orlando City fans before it originally closed in January 2025. A new ownership group reopened it in early 2025 as a family-friendly space serving residents, sports fans, and Orlando’s electronic dance music community.
The owners said they will keep their regular events running through November, including shows tied to EDC Orlando and Vans Warped Tour. “We can make a few more [memories] before the end of the year,” the owners said.
The message thanked “Hopstars, Brew Staff, stage crew, DJs, musicians, promoters, Ruckus and City Soccer fans,” saying many helped at a pro bono rate. “To every patron who walked through our doors, raised a glass, danced, listened to live music, celebrated a birthday, supported an event, or simply spent an evening with us, you helped make Broken Strings what it was.”
The owners said they will focus on their other location in Longwood, Three Odd Guys Brewing. The taproom’s website lists hours of 7 p.m. to midnight Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday; 5 p.m. to midnight Friday; noon to 10 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, and says special events and schedule changes are posted on its social media accounts.
