Unicorp National Developments (Website) is expanding its footprint in Central Florida with the launch of Elysian, a new 323-unit luxury apartment community in Winter Garden’s Horizon West neighborhood.
Located at 9743 Avalon Road [GMap], just north of Seidel Road, Elysian will be built on a 17-acre site that will feature four four-story multifamily buildings, with four two-to-three-story carriage homes averaging around 1,200 SF, all built around a large wetland area at the center of the development.
Planned amenities include a club lounge, a residents-only wine tasting area, a yoga studio, a 24-hour fitness center, a swimming pool, a basketball court, and walking trails.
Unicorp recently closed a $73 million construction loan from Centennial Bank for the project. According to a press release issued earlier today, Winter Garden’s population has grown by more than 40% since 2010.
Construction on Elysian is expected to begin soon, with initial move-ins projected for late 2027. Unicorp’s residential portfolio already includes projects like the Ritz-Carlton Residences at Grande Lakes and the massive O-Town West development.
