Mark your calendars for Friday, August 8 and Saturday, August 9, as the 41st Annual Cup‑A‑Thon returns to the Crealdé School of Art (Website) in Winter Park.
Visitors are invited to browse a curated sale of handmade ceramic cups, bowls, and vessels, from 7-10 p.m. both evenings, at the campus studio on St. Andrews Boulevard. The pieces on sale were created by Crealdé students, instructors, alumni, and visiting artists and are all offered at accessible prices and if you buy a cup or goblet you can get them filled with a drink at the bar.
Cup-A-Thon shoppers can expect music, light refreshments, and an opportunity to meet the creatives behind the work in a fun, hippy-dippy, ceramics-filled atmosphere. All proceeds will support upgrades to Crealdé’s ceramics facilities, including studio renovations and kiln improvements.
The event is free to attend.
