USA Climbing hosted the 2026 YETI Climbing National Championships (Website) February 11-15 at High Point Climbing and Fitness (Website) in the Packing District, featuring the country’s best climbers, as they competed for national titles, points toward 2026 National Team selection, and $30,000 in prizes across three disciplines: Boulder, Lead, and Speed.
Eight Olympians who represented Team USA between Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 competed. Chris Sharma (Instagram)and his amazing hair, one of the most influential climbers in the world after dominating both competition and outdoor climbing in the 1990s and 2000s, made his return to competition.

The event was supported by the Greater Orlando Sports Commission, Dr. Phillips Charities, Visit Orlando, the City of Orlando, and Orange County.
