Two of Orlando’s most celebrated restaurants are going to be hosting exclusive collaborative dinners with Top Chef Season 13 winner Jeremy Ford on Tuesday, July 1, 2026.
Soseki Modern Omakase and Sushi Saint Winter Park, both operated by 86 Hospitality and Chef Mike Collantes, will each host Ford for a single evening of dining. Soseki will offer two seatings at 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., while Sushi Saint Winter Park will serve guests from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Ford is a Michelin-starred chef, a Michelin Green Star honoree, and the owner of Stubborn Seed (Website) in Miami. He leans into farm-to-table sourcing, sustainability, and seasonal ingredients that he sources from his own farm.
At Soseki, Ford’s menu will feature ingredients from his farm alongside the restaurant’s dry-aged fish and seasonal selections. The Sushi Saint Winter Park dinner will similarly showcase Ford’s farm ingredients paired with local producers, blended with the restaurant’s approach to omakase.
Soseki holds a Michelin Star. Sushi Saint was awarded the Bib Gourmand designation.
Both dinners are one-time-only events. Reservations are available HERE for Soseki and HERE for Sushi Saint.
