The Orlando Museum of Art (Website) hosts Art in Bloom Friday through Sunday, April 10–12, this week, the annual spring fundraiser put on by the Council of 101, which is celebrating its 60th year supporting the arts in Central Florida.

This year’s theme is “Paris, France.” Floral designers have been invited to transform the museum’s galleries with interpretations of works from the permanent collection, including the current David LaChapelle photography exhibit. The event will also feature an artisan market, a silent auction of works by local artists, Tables in Bloom designer displays, Fashion in Bloom accessories, and a pop-up bistro.

The kickoff event, Galleries in Bloom After Hours, is scheduled for Thursday, April 9, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. with Parisian-inspired décor, food, drinks, and a VIP lounge option. Saturday includes Mystery Home Tours and other ticketed experiences. Sunday wraps it all up with Tea in Bloom and kids’ programming.

General admission runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily and is $20 for adults, $12 for children (ages 3–12), and $12 for seniors, active-duty military, and first responders with ID. Tickets are available HERE for purchase.
