Leu Gardens’ ‘Fairy Doors’ exhibit runs through early September

IMAGE VIA LEU GARDENS

Harry P. Leu Gardens (Website) has extended its adorable Fairy Doors exhibit, which remains on display through September 7, giving visitors a few more weeks to search the grounds for all 20 hidden doors.

Each door is designed to represent a different fairy, with a companion map guiding guests through the gardens and sharing a short story about the fairy that lives behind each one. Visitors are reminded that the doors open only for fairies, no matter how determined the young dreamers hunting for them may be (so tell your brat not to mess with them).

The exhibit is included with regular daytime garden admission and open during Leu Gardens’ normal hours, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and until 8 p.m. on Thursdays, with last entry one hour before closing. Admission is $15 for adults and $10 for children, with free entry for children under 4, active military and members.

Harry P. Leu Gardens is located at 1920 N. Forest Avenue [GMap].
