Southern comfort food concept, Southern Fowl (Instagram | Website), is opening a location in the Curry Ford West District, in the former Graffiti Junktion space at 4544 Curry Ford Road [GMap].
The concept, led by former Se7enbites partner Va Propst, launched its first location at the Marketplace at Avalon Park food hall, where it built a loyal following for its scratch-made Southern fare, including its buttermilk fried chicken.
The menu also includes chicken pot pie, burgers, meat-and-three plates, and more, and is likely to expand that menu once it opens in the larger brick-and-mortar. According to Propst, the original stall will continue operating as an Express location once she opens the new flagship space in Curry Ford West, saying, “I am so thrilled to be back in Orlando.”
An opening date for the Curry Ford West location is not available at this time.
