SunRail (Website) will run a special late-night northbound train on weeknights for “Hamilton” at the Dr. Phillips Center (Website) in downtown Orlando.
The extra train will depart Church Street Station at 11 p.m. on 12 weeknights during the show’s run, from September 29 through October 16. It will run in addition to the regularly scheduled 11:01 p.m. southbound train, according to the official press release.
Regular fares apply. The service does not cover weekend performances.
Church Street Station is about a five-minute walk from the Dr. Phillips Center. The northbound and southbound platforms sit directly across from each other at South Street, with pedestrian crosswalks connecting them.
The special service is provided by Alstom, which operates SunRail. According to the official press release, the added train gives theatergoers an alternative to driving and parking downtown, and riders are encouraged to use it for other cultural and dining outings in the area during the run.
