PHOTO VIA PET ALLIANCE
The Pet Alliance (Website) is hosting its 12th Annual My Best Friend Wine Label Contest, in partnership with Quantum Leap Winery (Website).
Entries are being accepted through July 27, after which, the public will be invited to vote for their favorite submissions through August 17. Each vote requires a $1 donation to the Pet Alliance to help support the effort to build their new $17.8 million Orlando shelter. Over the years, Quantum Leap has raised a total of $420,000 from the contest to support their efforts.
The dog and cat with the most votes will have their image, name, and short story featured on the wine label for a special My Best Friend Rescue Red Wine produced by Quantum Leap Winery. The top 10 pets in each category will also receive prizes as well.
