New mixed-use project called Minnesota Row coming to Winter Park

RENDERING VIA FOUNDRY COMMERCIAL

A new mixed-use development called Minnesota Row is coming to Winter Park, featuring new dining, shopping, and office space options. Located at 1311 Minnesota Avenue [GMap], just off U.S. 17-92, the project is being developed by Foundry Commercial (Website) and is scheduled for completion in spring 2026.

When complete, Minnesota Row will include about 120,000 SF of space with 40,000 SF of restaurants and boutique retail, and 75,000 SF of creative and medical space. The design focuses on walkability, featuring a central plaza, landscaped outdoor areas, and updated building façades. The redevelopment will modernize the existing office complex rather than replacing it entirely, combining adaptive reuse with new construction.

According to the project brochure, current confirmed retailers include boutique fitness brand Barry’s (Website), contemporary Japanese restaurant O-Ku (Website), and Aloha Aesthetics (Website).
