Orlando-based musician Max Fry (Instagram | Website) returns home for a hometown show at The Social (Website) on Friday, October 2, as part of a world tour supporting his upcoming second full-length album.
Fry, an artist, producer, songwriter, and mix engineer from Orlando, has built his catalog around his Florida roots. He released his debut EP, So Close to OK, in late 2023, followed by his debut album, More Than Dead to Me. He later toured the United States and Europe as a supporting act for Thxsomuch (Website).
His follow-up album, Better Luck Next Time, blends shoegaze, post-punk and emo rap, and is described as an outlet for listeners working through relationships, introspection and mental health. Fry is signed to Don’t Be Greedy Records (Website) and is represented by Ground Control Touring. The October 2 stop is part of a world tour that began in September 2026 and has also included dates in Portland and Seattle.
