Lunar New Year Festival and Dragon Parade coming to Mills 50 on February 22

The Small Food Group (Instagram) will host its annual Lunar New Year Festival on Sunday, February 22, with the event set to follow the 14th annual Central Florida Dragon Parade.

The Central Florida Dragon Parade is scheduled to run from 11 a.m. to noon and is hosted by Asia Trend Magazine and Mills 50 Main Street, along with community partners R.E.A.C.H. (Recognizing, Experiencing Asian Cultural Heritage) and Y.E.S.S. (Youth Enrichment and Senior Services).

The parade will begin at the corner of Lake Highland Drive and North Mills Avenue, near Zymarium Meadery, and conclude at North Thornton Avenue and Colonial Drive, at 728 N. Thornton Avenue [GMap], in the Edoboy parking lot, for the Lunar New Year Festival Market, which will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
