John Cusack will appear at The Plaza Live on November 19 for a special screening of High Fidelity, the 2000 film based on Nick Hornby’s novel in which Cusack stars as a neurotic Chicago record store owner revisiting his Top 5 Breakups as he tries to become a real functioning human adult.
Cusack has built a strong career over the past three decades, with dramatic and comedic roles that include hits (ranked in the order of my favorites) like the hot guy in Anastasia, Say Anything, Grosse Pointe Blank, Runaway Jury, Con Air, Being John Malkovich, and Bullets Over Broadway.
