Often shirtless, animal advocate and social media personality Lee Asher (Instagram) will bring his national speaking tour, An Evening with Lee Asher, to Hard Rock Live Orlando on October 15. The event will feature Asher sharing stories from his work with rescued animals and his mission to inspire people to adopt rather than shop for pets.
Asher is best known as the founder of The Asher House (Website), a nonprofit animal sanctuary and rescue organization that cares for dogs and other animals in need. He first gained attention for traveling across the country in an RV with his adopted dogs, visiting shelters, and promoting adoption. Over the years, his videos and social media posts have helped connect thousands of people with local rescue organizations and inspired many to foster or adopt animals themselves.
Beyond his rescue work, Asher has launched Asher House Wellness, a company that produces pet wellness and CBD products, with proceeds supporting his rescue operations. His events often combine motivational storytelling, behind-the-scenes experiences from sanctuary life, and audience Q&A sessions about animal welfare and community involvement.
The Orlando appearance is part of a larger U.S. tour focused on education and advocacy for animal rescue. Tickets are available HERE through Ticketmaster, with doors opening in the evening at Hard Rock Live.
Lee Asher and his nonprofit, The Asher House, are currently under investigation by the Oregon Department of Justice’s Charitable Activities Section. The probe reportedly began in 2023 after multiple complaints about the organization’s operations and finances. As of mid-2025, the investigation remains active, though no formal charges or enforcement actions have been made public.
