Zunzibar Coastal Cuisine and Curated Cocktails (Website), the coastal bar and kitchen that started in Savannah more than 20 years ago, opens its fourth location Sunday, June 22, at 2310 Dr. Randy McDaniel Way [GMap] in the Middleton by The Villages development. It’s the brand’s second Florida location, joining an existing outpost in Jupiter.
According to the press release we got last week, the menu leans into seafood and shareable plates with dishes like smoked mahi dip, East Coast oysters, tuna ceviche, lobster roll sliders, and blackened mahi tacos alongside salads, chef-driven seafood plates, and handhelds.
“Middleton felt like home the first time we walked the site,” said Tony Lang, vice president of operations. “There is a strong sense of community here, and people genuinely care about where they live. We built this place to be claimed.”
