Orlando Brick (Instagram | Website) is selling an I-4 Eyesore Building Kit made with real LEGO pieces, and it’s inspired by one of the most contentious structures in Central Florida history.
Orlando Brick is the Central Florida office for United Brick Co, which is located in Atlanta. They buy and sell existing LEGO sets, parts, and minifigures on the secondary market, which is completely legal. Apparently, anyone can buy and resell LEGO products without a license from LEGO Group, the same way someone can resell sneakers or vinyl records.
The new 203-piece kit is inspired by the Majesty Building in Downtown Orlando, the long-unfinished tower that has loomed over I-4 for decades and become one of the most recognizable symbols of Orlando’s complicated relationship with development. The finished model stands about 4 inches tall, 3.75 inches wide, and 3.5 inches deep. Small enough to sit on your desk or plop into a house plant, and it’s just as empty as the real thing.
It’s $59.99 and available now HERE.
