In the video, workers arrive with minimal gear; they don’t even cone off the intersection, and lay down fresh standard striping across the colored panels until the design is no longer visible. The clip aligns with the overnight timeline reported by city officials and witnesses and confirms the work occurred at the memorial frontage on South Orange Avenue.
