Some of Orlando’s most recognized chefs will gather at Lake Meadow Naturals (Website) farm in Ocoee on April 19 for Gather & Graze, a benefit dinner supporting The Kitchen House (Website) and its culinary education programs for local youth. The event runs from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
The chef lineup includes Melissa Kelly from Primo at Grande Lakes, Fabrizio Schenardi from Four Seasons Resort Orlando, Lordfer Lalicon from Kaya, Wendy Lopez from Reyes Mezcaleria and Sparrow, Kevin Fonzo from La Tavola, Jamie McFadden from Cuisiniers Catered Cuisine and Events, and Chef Tim Keating. Gwendolyn Rogers from The Cake Bake Shop at Disney World will be handling the desserts.
“Gather & Graze is a joyful way our community can come together around real food and real impact,” said co-executive directors Sara Elliott and Betsy Gwinn. “Every ticket helps equip students with skills they carry home — building confidence in the kitchen and making healthy, whole foods something families can enjoy together every day.”
The Kitchen House, formally known as the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Kitchen House and Culinary Garden, is based in Orlando’s College Park neighborhood and focuses on teaching students to grow, prepare, and enjoy whole, plant-forward meals.
Tickets start at $195 and are available for purchase HERE.
