The Acre Orlando’s College Park venue listed for sale at $2.69 million

The Acre, the popular event venue and wedding destination tucked away in College Park (well, the edge of it anyway), is now listed for sale on LoopNet with an asking price of $2,690,000.

The listing covers the primary operational venue and entertainment footprint at 4421 Edgewater Drive [GMap], a 1,970 SF building on a 0.52-acre lot, built in 1936. According to the listing, the sale excludes surrounding residential and undeveloped parcels that are part of a larger multi-parcel assemblage under the same ownership (that were previously part of the listing when it was last put up for sale for over $5 million).

The Acre has operated as a venue for private celebrations, live entertainment, corporate functions, wellness events (including medical marijuana-fueled yoga), culinary activations and community programming, known for its rustic landscaping, vine-covered structures, mature oak trees and open-air gathering spaces. Team Market Group, the hospitality group also behind Mathers Social Gathering, Primrose Lanes and The Wellborn, purchased the property in January 2023 and later opened it to the public on weekends as a food and drink garden.

The listing describes the property as “the centerpiece of one of Central Florida’s most recognizable outdoor gathering destinations” and notes that seller financing is available. The listing is being marketed by Patricia Sullivan of Olde Town Brokers. It has been on the market since May 18, according to LoopNet.

The move comes as TMG has scaled back its footprint elsewhere in the region. The company recently sold its Plantees brand, which closed its Mills 50 location this month, and Orlando Business Journal reported in February that TMG had listed at least five downtown properties for sale. TMG management told Orlando Shine in May that The Acre would be closed for the summer due to the heat and would reopen this fall.
