DUNGEON CRAWLER CARL OFFICIAL GRAPHIC NOVEL ART
Orlando City SC is teaming up with bestselling author Matt Dinniman for a Dungeon Crawler Carl Night on Friday, September 5, when the Lions host San Diego FC at Inter&Co Stadium.
The event marks the first-ever Dungeon Crawler Carl Night in MLS and brings together fans of Dinniman’s wildly popular post-apocalyptic dungeon-crawling LitRPG series for a night of soccer, exclusive merchandise, and fan meetups. A portion of every ticket sold will benefit Hoffmeyer Animal Rescue. Probably in honor of the series’ main character, Princess Donut.
The Colorado Avalanche hosted a similar Dungeon Crawler Carl theme night at Ball Arena after goalie Alexandar Georgiev revealed he was a devoted fan of the series, inspiring the team to build a fan event around it, featuring a limited-edition hat with Donut hamming it up behind the team logo.
Four ticket packages are available for the September 5 match, including:
- The Desperado Club includes an all-inclusive ticket with food and beverages, access to a private DCC-only fan space, a DCC book with a bookplate signed by Dinniman, an Orlando City and DCC scarf, an Orlando City x DCC hat, and a match scroll – $230.
- The Legendary Quest Box includes an all-inclusive ticket with food and beverages, an Orlando City x DCC hat, an Orlando City and DCC scarf, and a match scroll – $130.
- The Gold Boss Box includes a match ticket, an Orlando City and DCC hat, and a match scroll – $60.
- The Silver Adventurer Box includes a match ticket, an Orlando City and DCC scarf, and a match scroll – $60.

All merchandise pickup is in person only at Inter&Co Stadium on September 5.

Peacock recently greenlit a live-action Dungeon Crawler Carl series on June 19, produced by Seth MacFarlane’s Fuzzy Door and written by Chris Yost, whose credits include The Mandalorian and Thor: Ragnarok. Dinniman serves as co-executive producer. The series has sold over 10 million copies across eight books, with two more planned to complete the run.
