Fast Food fever dream, Mac Sabbath (Website) is scheduled to play Conduit (Website) in Winter Park on Friday, April 11, with doors opening at 6 p.m.
The Los Angeles-based act is a parody tribute to Black Sabbath that leans hard into a fast-food theme. On stage, the band performs in McDonald’s-inspired costumes and characters drawn from the old “McDonaldland” universe, including a Ronald McDonald frontman (“Ronald Osbourne”), plus bandmates styled after Mayor McCheese, Grimace, and the Hamburglar.
The vibe is equal parts tight metal show and Weird Al-style fringe theater with familiar heavy riffs and classic songs that have been rewritten to fit the theme. They actually performed with Weird Al last year in Chicago.
Tickets start at $34 and are available for purchase HERE.
