Popular Korean grocer chain H Mart (Website) is now hiring for a long-awaited Ocoee location, which means they’re opening soon and people can’t stop talking about it.
The new 183,000 SF store will be a flagship format, larger than its typical locations, and will be its first-ever Florida location. They’ll have an in-store food court with brands like King Fu Tea and Paris Baguette expected to join the party.
H Mart is celebrated for its wide selection of hard-to-find Korean and broader Asian ingredients, from over a dozen kimchi varieties to multiple gochujang and fish sauce brands, live seafood like crabs or geoduck, and pick‑and‑mix hot pot items like fish cakes and silkworm pupa snacks. H Mart Stans routinely highlight H Mart’s produce section, stocking exotic fruits (Korean pears, dragon fruit, mushrooms) and Asian greens, which are often unavailable elsewhere.
Other highlights include their variety of pre-marinated meats, banchan trays, the diverse seafood and meat departments, and the bakery section with its sweet potato chees cakes, mochi pastries, and rice-based desserts.
They’re hiring full-time and part-time roles in all departments for their new store, which will be located at 7501 W. Colonial Drive [GMap].
An official opening date is expected to be announced very soon.
