These lists typically include a range of projects, from small maintenance items like changing light bulbs to larger renovations, and are meant to help organize and distribute household responsibilities.
The associate will handle daily upkeep tasks such as general repairs, painting, landscaping, and inspection of public areas. They will also assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving tables, chairs, and equipment, managing layouts, and supporting guests and vendors during functions. The role also includes maintaining the appearance of outdoor spaces, coordinating with staff and volunteers on seasonal projects, and responding promptly to facility or safety concerns.
