Buffalo Boss (Website), the Brooklyn-based chicken wing concept co-founded by entrepreneur Jamar White, has just opened a new restaurant in downtown Orlando.

White, who is also a cousin of rapper and business mogul Jay-Z, launched Buffalo Boss in 2010 as a fast-casual brand emphasizing quality ingredients and bold flavors. The company currently operates locations in New York, New Jersey, and Wisconsin, as well as a ghost kitchen in Orlando that began serving customers in 2023. The new full-service restaurant, located at 333 N. Orange Avenue [GMap], had a grand opening on October 22.

The Orlando restaurant is the brand’s first sit-down location in Florida. It features the company’s signature wings, which are marinated for 24 hours and served with a variety of sauces, alongside loaded fries, fried desserts, and other comfort food staples.
