Jalen Suggs is visiting Orlando restaurants and learning to cook in a new Magic YouTube series

Orlando Magic guard Jalen Suggs is spending the offseason exploring Orlando’s restaurant scene and learning to cook while he’s at it.

The Magic’s YouTube channel has launched “Let Jalen Cook,” a Pepsi-sponsored video series that sends Suggs to local restaurants and bars around the city, where he picks up cooking skills from the owners and chefs behind some of Orlando’s most popular spots. Three episodes have dropped so far, with visits to The Classic in Thornton Park (Website), Tin and Taco (Website) in SoDo, and Outpost Neighborhood Tavern (Website) by Lake Eola Park (all of which have easy access to the Kia Center).

Suggs isn’t flying solo. Magic teammates make appearances throughout the series, with guard Jase Richardson joining him in the first episode, Anthony Black in the second, and Desmond “This is Fire” Bane in the third.

New episodes are available on the Orlando Magic YouTube channel.
