Colombian singer-songwriter and Latin Grammy winner Andrés Cepeda (Website) performs at Steinmetz Hall on Thursday, May 21, at 8 p.m.

Born in Bogotá, according to his bio, Cepeda began his musical career as lead vocalist of the Latin rock-pop band Poligamia before launching a successful solo career spanning more than three decades. His albums include “El Carpintero,” “Día Tras Día,” and “Lo Mejor Que Hay En Mi Vida,” which earned him a Latin Grammy Award for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album in 2013.

Cepeda has released multiple platinum records and toured internationally. He also serves as a coach on Colombia’s La Voz franchise (which isn’t an official spinoff of The Voice, despite having the exact same format, blind auditions, and coach setup).

Tickets are available HERE for purchase.
