UPDATE: Beefy King has since reopened and is as cold as ever.
Beloved sandwich hawkers and Orlando staple, Beefy King (Website), has just taken to social media to share that it will be closed for the next few days to carry out some repairs.
According to their posts, the historic building has been experiencing some AC issues during this record-breaking Heat Dome, and they needed a few days to get it fixed, saying, “Sorry, however, we will be closed for the next couple of days until we can get our AC issues remedied. Thank you so much for understanding.” Which is short on words, but when you’re hot, typing is hard. And that’s completely understandable.
