EDGEWATER DRIVE-THRU LOCATION, PICTURED
Two Dunkin’ Donuts locations in Orlando have closed, following an eariler closure last week. Both the downtown location at 486 N. Orange Avenue [GMap] across from the Orange County Regional Courthouse and the College Park drive-thru at 3009 Edgewater Drive [GMap] are both now closed, with signs posted in their windows.
The North Orange Avenue location was listed as temporarily closed on Google but displays permanent closure signage. The Edgewater Drive location, which also housed a Baskin-Robbins, is no longer operational.

OrlandoShine was unable to determine whether both locations are owned by the same franchisee. Dunkin’ Donuts corporate did not respond to requests for comment about the closures or the reasons behind them.
The closures come amid broader challenges in the quick-service restaurant industry following the pandemic and rising operational costs. Orlando has multiple Dunkin’ locations remaining open throughout the city, including Lee Road, West Colonial Drive, and North OBT.
