Ryan Coogler’s Oscar-winning vampire film Sinners coming to Halloween Horror Nights

Universal Orlando has just announced that a haunted house based on Ryan Coogler’s Academy Award-winning film Sinners will be part of Halloween Horror Nights this fall. So if you’re an Irish folk singing blood-sucker, they probably won’t let you in.

The haunted house will reportedly be themed as Club Juke, where twin brothers Smoke and Stack will be fighting off red-eyed vampires Remmick, Bert, and Joan. The experience will be featured at both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood.

Sinners became the highest-grossing original horror film in history with $370 million at the box office and earned a record-breaking 16 Academy Award nominations, winning four Oscars. Mike Aiello, Senior Director of Entertainment Creative Development at Universal Orlando Resort, said the film was “an undeniable fit for Halloween Horror Nights.”

“It’s rare for a film to fully satisfy hardcore horror fans while also inviting new audiences into the genre—and that’s exactly what Sinners does,” Aiello said. “Its world, characters, and intensity will translate into a relentless haunted house.”

The Sinners‘ house is the second announced for Halloween Horror Nights 2026. Universal revealed the first house, “Jack & Oddfellow: Chaos & Control,” in March.

Halloween Horror Nights returns for its 35th anniversary year in Orlando, running 48 select nights from August 28 through November 1. The event will feature 10 all-new haunted houses, live entertainment, scare zones, and street experiences. Premium Scream Night tickets cost $399 per person, and R.I.P. Tours cost $438.99 per person.
