The Orlando Solar Bears (Website) closed out their final home game of the regular season in style Saturday night, blanking the Savannah Ghost Pirates 2-0 at Kia Center in front of 15,546 fans, which happens to be the largest crowd in Solar Bears history.

Tyler Bird and Dustin Geregach provided the offense, and the Solar Bears’ defense and goaltending did the rest, holding Savannah scoreless for the full 60 minutes. Orlando Shine photographer Cole Ditzel (Instagram Website) was on hand to capture the night on camera.

The record crowd gave the team a fitting sendoff from Kia Center heading into the final stretch of the regular season. The Solar Bears have two road games remaining, with one at South Carolina on April 18 and at Jacksonville on April 19.
