The 32nd AdventHealth Corporate 5K (Website) is back in downtown Orlando on Thursday, April 30, at 6:45 p.m., and this year it is shaking up the route.

The new start line is on East Robinson Street at Eola Drive, with the finish line on East Robinson Street east of Rosalind Avenue. The updated path winds through the Milk District, Thornton Park, and the (primarily residential) Lake Eola Heights Historic District before finishing near Lake Eola Park.

“As downtown Orlando continues to grow and evolve, we’ve adjusted the course to ensure the best possible experience for participants,” said Alicia Albert, Senior Event Director of the Track Shack Family of Companies. “The new route still highlights some of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods while bringing thousands of coworkers from across Central Florida workplaces together.”

The 3.1-mile run/walk is Orlando’s largest workplace wellness event, with approximately 13,000 runners and walkers from roughly 500 corporate and nonprofit teams expected to participate. After the race, participants gather at Lake Eola Park’s Walt Disney Amphitheater for a post-race celebration headlined by The Little Lazy Band.

Proceeds benefit the Track Shack Youth Foundation, and participants are encouraged to donate toward a goal of 150,000 meals for Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida.

Registration is open HERE, and entry is $35 through April 17, $40 April 18-23, and $45 April 24-29.
