On Tuesday, May 12, from 7 to 9 p.m., Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs (Website) is hosting an intimate four-course sake pairing dinner in a private dining room, with sake selections from Fukumitsuya Sake Brewery (Website), one of Japan’s oldest breweries, founded in 1625.
Fukumitsuya ambassador Ayako Nakamura will be present to guide guests through each pairing. The menu includes Chilean seabass, shrimp tofu dumpling in lobster sauce, slow-roasted beef brisket with miso demi-glace, yaki onigiri, and cold tantan noodles in sesame broth. An optional 3 oz. pour of the 400 & 40 Anniversary sake is available for $25, with bottles available to purchase.
