Marriott is building its first residential project in Orlando

RENDERING VIA AMBAR ORLANDO

The Big Key Group and Marriott International are bringing a new residential project to Central Florida. Ambar Residences Orlando, Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy (Website), will be the first for-sale residential project under the Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy brand in the U.S. and Canada.

Priced from the mid-$300,000s, each unit is delivered fully furnished with full kitchens, in-residence laundry, larger living rooms with pull-out sofas, and a selection of penthouses and kid-friendly layouts with furnished dens. The 11-acre project will be located at 3251 Secret Lake Drive [GMap] in Kissimmee.

The development features studios as well as one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences ranging from 533 to 1,185 SF. Coury Hospitality will oversee management, providing weekly housekeeping and daily operations. Residents will have access to a resort-style pool with private cabanas, community programming like outdoor yoga, and a 2,000 SF fitness center with views of green spaces designed for meditation and recreation. Dining options will include a signature restaurant, an indoor-outdoor bar facing the pool, and a grab-and-go marketplace.

The project is being designed by OTJ Architects (Website).
