RENDERING VIA OPRY ENTERTAINMENT GROUP
Luke Combs is bringing his Category 10 (Website) entertainment concept to CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort, with a targeted opening in late 2027. The approximately 33,000 SF, three-story venue will be the third location for the Category 10 brand, following the flagship Nashville location that opened in 2024 and a Las Vegas location debuting in fall 2026. Ground is expected to break in summer 2026.
“I know Orlando is a worldwide destination spot, so I’m super pumped and humbled that we’re getting to open a location there,” said Combs. “My wife is from Florida, so we’re both super excited about this.”
The Category 10 brand takes its name from Combs’ 8x platinum hit “Hurricane.” The Orlando location will feature experiential areas inspired by Combs’ music. Category 10 is owned and operated by Opry Entertainment Group, a division of Ryman Hospitality Properties, which also owns and operates Blake Shelton’s Ole Red on International Drive.
“Country music is reaching more people nationally and internationally than ever before, driven in large part by superstars like Luke Combs,” said Colin Reed, Executive Chairman of Ryman Hospitality Properties. “With Orlando welcoming millions of visitors from around the globe each year, expanding the Category 10 footprint into this world-class entertainment destination allows us to introduce visitors to an authentic country music experience inspired by Luke’s Carolina roots.”
