State Rep. Dr. Anna V. Eskamani is hosting Pints + Pigtails, a hairstyling workshop and fundraiser benefiting Harbor House of Central Florida (Website), on Thursday, July 16, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Redlight Redlight, 2810 Corrine Drive [GMap] in Audubon Park.
The event, organized in partnership with Alchemy Hair Salon and Blevins & Adams Law Group, teaches attendees the basics of pigtails and other kid-friendly hairstyles while raising money for Harbor House’s work supporting survivors of domestic violence. Participants practice on mannequin heads or willing family members and receive a complimentary drink with their ticket purchase.
Celebrity guest bartenders for the night include food and lifestyle influencer Andrea Sage of Cheat Day ORL, TV personality Jessica Reyes, and Orlando Shine’s own Brendan O’Connor.
Tickets are $25 per person and include one drink ticket for guests 21 and over. Kids are welcome and do not need a ticket. All proceeds benefit Harbor House of Central Florida, Orange County’s leading domestic violence resource organization, which offers emergency shelter, a 24-hour crisis hotline, legal advocacy, counseling, and support services.
