Old Town (Facebook | Website), the 18-acre entertainment complex along U.S. Highway 192 in Kissimmee, has sold for nearly $24.5 million to Todd and Radha Rambilas, owners of R-S Equity Services.
Old Town has operated at the site since it opened on December 16, 1986, and is home to more than 70 businesses, shops, restaurants, and attractions, including the country’s longest-running weekly car show and cruise. The property underwent a major renovation in 2019 that added an 86-foot Ferris wheel (the one in the photo).
The Rambilas family said their goal is to preserve the nostalgic spirit of Old Town while creating a more polished destination for local businesses, independent restaurateurs, artisans and makers, according to Fox 35 Orlando. Their stated plans include enhancing common areas, refreshing existing spaces and attracting new businesses and attractions. There are apparently no immediate changes to current tenants or regular events, including the weekly classic car shows.
