Originally gaining popularity as a YouTube personality known as Filthy Frank (YouTube), Joji transitioned to (better) music and built a devoted following with his blend of R&B, lo-fi, and alternative pop. The SOLARIS tour supports his fourth studio album, Piss in the Wind, released February 6, 2026, which debuted at number five on the Billboard 200 and reached number one on the current alternative and current pop album charts. The album features collaborations with GIVĒON, Yeat, and Don Toliver.
