Enzian pays tribute to Robert Duvall with a five-film retrospective

The Enzian Theater (Website) in Maitland is running a Robert Duvall film series from this Friday through April 2, screening five of his most essential films across multiple dates and times.

The series includes Tender Mercies (the film that won Duvall his Oscar after six-ish years of nominations), Network, THX 1138: Director’s Cut, The Godfather, and Apocalypse Now: The Final Cut. All five can be seen for $55. The discount applies automatically when you add tickets to your cart on the Enzian website.

According to the interwebs, Duvall studied at the Neighborhood Playhouse in New York under Sanford Meisner alongside Gene Hackman, Dustin Hoffman, and James Caan, made his film debut as Boo Radley in To Kill a Mockingbird, and built an amazing film career spanning Westerns, crime sagas, and independent films over four decades. Duvall passed away peacefully in his home at the age of 95 on February 15, 2026.

Showtimes run from this Friday through April 2, with multiple screenings of each film. The full schedule is HERE.
