Dopamine Land immersive experience opening at Florida Mall in November

PHOTO VIA FEVER

Dopamine Land (Website), an immersive “multisensory experience built around color, light, sound, and play,” will open Friday, November 20, at Fever Hub (Website) inside The Florida Mall.

The attraction is produced by Fever (Website), which describes itself as an “entertainment discovery platform” that hosts a lineup of immersive selfie-driven experiences. It has previously run in London, Madrid, Dubai, São Paulo and Singapore, according to the official press release.

The concept draws inspiration from dopamine, the chemical associated with happiness, reward, and motivation, and reinforces pleasurable behaviors. Guests to the installation will be invited to move through a series of themed rooms designed to lift their mood.

There are nine spaces in all, and highlights include a giant ball pit in a golden-hued room called Sunset Lagoon, an inflatable pillow fight arena, a dance floor where guests choose their own soundtrack, and a room where visitors can draw and write on the walls, floors, and furniture.

Other rooms are expected to be a bit calmer, including a forest space that cycles through the four seasons with sound, light, and scent, a touch-driven room filled with soft textures, and an infinity mirror room.

The experience takes about 90 minutes and is open to all ages.

Tickets are on sale now exclusively through the Fever app and website, HERE. Prices start at $21.
