The darker side of magic returns to Universal Orlando Resort this fall, as the projection show “Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle” comes back to Hogsmeade at Universal’s Islands of Adventure on select nights from September 5 through November 1, marking its first return since 2022.
The nighttime spectacle brings Dementors, Death Eaters, and more of Lord Voldemort’s followers to make appearances at Hogwarts Castle through projection mapping, special effects, lighting, and music from the “Harry Potter” films.
Separately, guests visiting The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley at Universal Studios Florida can encounter Death Eaters roaming the shadows of Knockturn Alley on select days and nights from August 27 through November 1.
To mark the season, Universal is also releasing new Dark Arts-themed merchandise, including a Second Generation Interactive Wand modeled after the wand used by Lord Voldemort in the films.
