The annual cowboy-themed fundraiser Cows ’n Cabs (Website) returns to Winter Park this Saturday, November 15, for its 13th year.
The event will take place from 7 to 10:30 p.m. at the West Meadow in Central Park, located at 300 N. New York Avenue [GMap]. This year’s outdoor tasting event will feature over 35 Central Florida restaurants and foodpreneurs offering small plates alongside a wide selection of wine, craft beer, and cocktails. Country artist Randy Houser is scheduled to perform live during the evening as well.
Costumes aren’t really a must, but most people will be decked out in their Nashville-inspired best.
Cows ’n Cabs was founded as both a culinary showcase and a fundraiser for local children’s charities. Organizers say 100 percent of proceeds go to organizations like After-School All Stars Orlando, the 4Roots Foundation, and Winter Park Day Nursery.
