Aston Martin is partnering with Valor Real Estate Development to build an 18-story oceanfront residential tower in Daytona Beach Shores, marking the automaker’s latest move into luxury real estate.
The development, located near 3411 South Atlantic Avenue [GMap], will feature 86 condominiums, including two exclusive penthouse floors with eight ultra-luxury residences. Construction is expected to begin in early 2026, with completion projected for 2029.
The project features Aston Martin’s signature design aesthetic, incorporating high-end materials and fancy craftsmanship, with architectural details inspired by the brand’s sports car aesthetic. Residents will have access to amenities like fine dining and concierge services.
Branded residences like this project tend to command larger price premiums over non-branded equivalents and have proven to be fairly profitable, with companies like Bentley and Armani doing the same thing and leveraging their consumers across multiple markets.
This project joins others in the Aston Martin portfolio, with locations in Miami and Mexico City.
