Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic returns for 17th year with new menu lineup

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic (Website) will return for its 17th year on Friday, November 20, and Saturday, November 21, with a new menu that was just announced.

The two-night event takes place outdoors along the causeway at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, located in the heart of Walt Disney World Resort (behind EPCOT and The Boardwalk). According to the official press release, guests can expect a variety of dishes, more than 170 beverage selections, and live entertainment in a street party-style atmosphere.

This year’s lineup includes the resort’s newest restaurant, Bourbon Steak by celebrity chef Michael Mina, alongside returning favorites like celebrity chef Todd English’s bluezoo, Il Mulino, Amare and Rosa Mexicano. Guests can also revisit themed areas including the Beer Garden, For the Love of Florida, Chinatown and the Bubble Lounge.

Menu highlights for 2026 include lasagna from Il Mulino, oyster espuma from Todd English’s bluezoo, slow cooked Berkshire pork belly from Smokin D’s, slow braised wagyu beef short rib from Bourbon Steak, watermelon feta salad from Amare, blackened cedar plank grouper from For the Love of Florida, tacos de cochinita pibil from Rosa Mexicano, a mini smash burger from The Fountain, and cured salmon with blue crab from Kimonos.

Returning dishes include the chips and salsa bar from Rosa Mexicano and shu mein from Chinatown.

Wine drinkers can sample selections from around the world, while the Bubble Lounge offers a variety of champagnes and the Beer Garden serves up brats and brews.

The event runs from 5 to 9 p.m. each evening. Guests who purchase bundle tickets for both nights save 10 percent.
