A Venetian-inspired food stall called Creo is coming to East End Market

A new concept called Creo (Instagram | Website) has taken over a stall inside East End Market on Corrine Drive, featuring a menu of small bites, Venetian bar snacks, and rotating Italian-inspired entrees to the Audubon Park neighborhood food hall.

The concept comes from Hannah Stoddart and Asher Loy, and their flashy website describes the food as “thoughtful but unfussy — made with simple ingredients and a little bit of play.” The menu draws on Italian cooking traditions and the flavors they’ve both picked up through travel. Creo, in Italian, means “I make,” or “I create.”

Their first pop-up was this Friday, April 3, in the doorway of their stall at East End Market, with a pasta-focused preview of their launch menu with small bites/cicchetti, a quinoa/chickpea salad, alongside a lemon linguine and a spicy penne arrabiata.

They are currently hiring experienced line cooks, and you can apply via the link above.
