Tess Gerritsen is coming to the Orange County Library System later this month

The Orange County Library System (Website) hosts its 19th Annual Southwest Author Series on Friday, April 24, at 7 p.m. at the Southwest Branch, featuring Rizzoli & Isles creator Tess Gerritsen.

Gerritsen trained as a medical doctor before becoming an internationally bestselling novelist with 32 books in her fancy author belt, including The Surgeon, The Spy Coast, Gravity, and The Summer Guests, and her Rizzoli & Isles series inspired the long-running TNT television show. Time magazine named The Surgeon one of the best mystery/thrillers ever written, and she’s won both the Nero Wolfe Award and the RITA Award.

The event is free, but registration is required due to limited seating, and doors open at 6:30 p.m. with light refreshments. The author’s presentation begins at 7 p.m., followed by a book signing. Select titles will be available for purchase, courtesy of the Friends of the Orange County Library System.

Register at HERE while you still can.
