73rd Parade of Homes scheduled for May 9-17

SHOWCASE HOME "CARMEL MODERN" BY HARDWICK GENERAL CONTRACTING IMAGE VI PARADE OF HOMES

The Greater Orlando Builders Association (Website) will host its 73rd annual Parade of Homes Orlando from Saturday, May 9, through Sunday, May 17, offering free, self-guided tours of new homes, renovated homes, and participating apartment communities across the Orlando area.

This year’s event will highlight work from local homebuilders, designers, remodelers, and apartment communities, with an emphasis on new construction and renovation ideas. GOBA says the event will spotlight innovations in architectural design, energy efficiency, smart home features, outdoor living, interior style, remodeling, and pool design, giving attendees a broad look at what is being built and remodeled in the region right now.

GOBA says a new app is scheduled to debut in early April, which will include participating home and builder information, open house hours, and interactive maps designed to help Parade-goers build their own route and visit multiple locations efficiently during the nine-day run.
